Our Plans

Whilst you might think its a bit odd to have a small design agency on a retainer, which is our preferred method to do business, lets show you why its a good idea for you and for us…

The monthly retainer, for forward thinkers

Why is it good for you?
This method is ideal for our clients that want to know exactly how much of their budget is being spent each month.

Clients pick the amount they have to spend and we let you know how much of our time this equates to per month.

Why do it this way?

We’ll negotiate terms at the beginning of our relationship which allows you foresight to plan your strategies and campaigns. You get the same deal every month for 12 months. Less hassle, less admin, more focus on the tasks in hand!

Why is it good for us?

From the outset we are able to plan our monthly timings that suit our clients and us. This benefits us because we’ll spend less time chasing our tails and more time being designers/artworkers.

There’s also the benefit of less admin which allows us to be fully focussed on providing the best possible service for our clients and not chasing them for payment.

Why do it this way?

Simply, we are able to work more productively if we take away all the noise that surrounds the usual agency environment.

The yearly retainer, for bigger business

Why is it good for you?

Much the same as the monthly retainer, but with even less admin hassle as the advance payment can be made quarterly, bi-yearly or yearly so you don’t have to worry about additional budget throughout the year.

Why do it this way?

Most larger organisations negotiate marketing budgets to start their financial year and within 6 months the budget is spent. If your business can plan how to use the budget effectively for the entire year you won’t have to go back to the accounts team/bank with cap in hand.

Why is it good for us?

Again, much the same as the monthly retainer but even less admin, which means we can spend more time working and less time waiting or chasing clients.

Why do it this way?

Less time doing the things we don’t like doing and more time doing the things we do like doing which in turn provides better results for our clients.

One off projects, for the conventional client

Why is it good for you?

With a fixed price per project, you know exactly what you’re spending. Any ‘extras’ can then be added on later, budget permitting.

Why do it this way?

This is the most conventional way to do business, which is why most agencies work like this. Its not very efficient, but you get a result for a price.

Why is it good for us?

This can be an excellent way for us as we are able to demonstrate to new clients our way of working over one project before they commit to a longer term relationship.

Why do it this way?

As mentioned before, this is a conventional way to do business, we do the work and get paid.

But why stick with convention?

Most businesses will stick to what they know and they’ll have some success. Doing things differently and against conventional methods usually results in a great amount of success. This is why we push to foster a relationship with our clients and don’t just aim for the short term goals (ours and our clients).
